AEP DEVELOPER

Must-Have Skills

- Solid experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK
- Expertise in Adobe Data Collection (Launch/Tags)
- Experience with Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP)
- Knowledge of XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas and datasets
- Experience in data ingestion, data streams, and identity management
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and digital marketing ecosystems
- Experience with debugging and monitoring tools for Adobe implementations
- Understanding of privacy, consent management, and data governance
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills

- Adobe Experience Platform Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Target
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Python or Java development experience
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions,



or Azure DevOps
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics 365
- Adobe certifications (AEP, RT-CDP, AJO)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Adobe Experience Platform.
- Create and manage XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and profiles.
- Configure and maintain Adobe Data Collection (Tags/Launch) implementations.
- Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources.
- Implement and troubleshoot Web SDK integrations across digital properties.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe and third-party marketing technologies.
- Support Real-Time Customer Profile and audience creation activities.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
- Document technical designs, implementations, and operational procedures.
