Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Develop driver-based financial models for revenue, cost, and margin
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Build scenario models to support strategic decisions

2. Financial Control & Reporting

- Own monthly close and financial reporting
- Track budget vs actuals across projects and business units
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

3. Business Partnering

- Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Operations to track:
- Utilization
- Billing rates
- Project margins

- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability

4. Pricing & Margin Management

- Support pricing decisions with cost and margin analysis
- Build and maintain standard cost rate models
- Identify margin leakage and recommend corrective actions

5. Finance Systems & Process

- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks (Excel / BI tools)
- Standardize financial processes and reporting cadence




- Improve visibility into financial performance

6. Leadership Reporting

- Prepare executive-level financial summaries and insights
- Translate financial data into business recommendations

Required Qualifications

- 12 - 18 years of experience in Finance (FP&A; / Corporate Finance / Controllership)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience in IT services / consulting / SaaS preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- US GAAP / IFRS
- Business Finance & Decision Support
- Team Management & Stakeholder Management
