As a Project Manager at Ideas2IT, you'll bridge forward-thinking clients and a highly talented engineering team to ensure the seamless delivery of cutting-edge products.

You'll focus on leading complex projects and products, combining project management with an understanding of technology and the client's business context.

What you'll actually do as a Project Manager with us

- Take ownership of delivering innovative products for Silicon Valley startups and enterprises
- Work on projects across technologies such as Data Science, Cloud Engineering, Blockchain and Mobile
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business context
- Work with development teams in a techno-functional role
- Apply Agile Delivery Methodology and help teams explore, adapt and optimize Agile-Lean processes, principles and practices
- Nurture and mentor delivery teams
- Manage client relationships
- Make autonomous decisions on resource planning, team appraisals and promotions
- Work with Senior Management on RFPs for innovation-led projects

Must-haves

- 10+ years of overall experience
- 3+ years of experience managing software delivery projects in medium to large IT services organizations
- A deep understanding of the client's business context
- Technology savvy to guide the development team
- Ability to play a techno-functional role
- Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
- Experience helping teams explore, adapt and optimize Agile-Lean processes, principles and practices




- Ability to nurture and mentor a passionate team
- Client relationship management skills

Nice-to-haves

- Experience managing distributed or global engineering teams
- Experience managing project budgets and commercials
