Territory Managers will report to the Regional Manager and will primarily be responsible for onboarding partners. The role is largely field based, so candidates should be agile and experienced with cold calling
- Channel Overview: The partner ecosystem typically includes CAs, brokers, Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs), Mutual Fund distributors, and other professionals who run businesses and have an established customer base.
- We should prefer candidates with stability, avoiding profiles with frequent job changes. Candidates who have spent a reasonable tenure in their previous roles will be preferred.
- Candidates from the Agency Channel can also be considered.
- Since the role involves targeting partners such as Mutual Fund distributors and Chartered Accountants, candidates with experience in allied financial services industries would be an added advantage.
