Livedge Constructions LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and execute our residential real-estate projects, including high-rise residential developments and plotted developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from planning, approvals and tendering through execution and completion.
* Manage high-rise residential construction as well as large-scale plotted/land development projects.
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, planners and statutory authorities.
* Manage contractors, vendors, procurement and site execution.
* Prepare/review BOQs, estimates, budgets and project schedules.
* Monitor project cost, quality, safety and timelines.
* For plotted developments, manage roads, drainage, utilities, electrical infrastructure, landscaping and external development.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Prepare project MIS and provide regular updates to management.
* Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams for project completion and handover.
Candidate Profile
* 10–20 years of experience in real-estate development/construction.
* Experience in residential high-rise projects is essential/preferred.
* Experience in plotted development / villa / township projects will be a solid advantage.
* Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, contracts, procurement and project scheduling.
* Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
* Developer-side experience preferred.
* Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: 6–12 LPA + performance incentive, depending on experience and capability.
