- Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall business objectives through effective communication and coordination.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales workplace.
- Excellent English language proficiency (spoken & written).
- Strong convincing power to close deals over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
