About the Role

We are looking for motivated and confident Influencer Marketing Strategists to join CollabX.

You will connect with influencers, pitch relevant campaigns, negotiate collaborations, and help brands achieve their campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Pitch suitable influencer and CPA campaigns.
- Negotiate and close collaborations with influencers.
- Maintain an active influencer pipeline.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Follow up and drive confirmed first publications.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
- Work toward achieving individual performance targets.

Your earnings are linked to the campaigns and publications you successfully deliver. The more you deliver, the more you can earn.

As you reach defined performance targets, you can unlock a fixed monthly component and additional bonuses.

Who Can Apply?

- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate/CPA marketing, sales, business development,



or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication, pitching, and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to influencers and closing collaborations.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
