We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive who can help us acquire new clients and close deals for our software and digital services.

What you’ll do

- Find and generate potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, freelancing platforms, and other channels
- Research businesses that need websites, web applications, software, AI/ML solutions, digital marketing, or other technology services
- Initiate conversations and qualify leads
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals and quotations with our support
- Handle follow-ups and negotiations
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Track leads, conversations, proposals, and conversions

Compensation

Performance-based / Commission-based

You earn when you bring in and successfully close clients.

We are open to discussing:

- Commission per successful deal
- Higher commission for larger projects
- Additional incentives for consistently achieving targets

Who we’re looking for

- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Good understanding of sales and lead generation
- Ability to find clients independently
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Results-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in IT/software sales is a plus
- Freelancers, experienced sales professionals, and motivated individuals are welcome
