1. Tracking of Recent Opportunities/ Enquiry of O&M; Business on PAN India basis to all the industries. 2. Technical and Commercial Offer preparation for O&M; Business. 3. Strategic Planning of increase O&M; Business on Pan India basis. 4. Monitoring of all the existing ( Technically/ Commercially) O&M; business regularly in coordination with regional team 5. Preparing design documents, operation manual etc for O&M; business. 6. Coordination with WTP O&M; activity and giving technical support. 7. Giving training to operation personals as per requirement 8. Maintaining reports and records for ISO audits. 9. Monitor the materials cost within the budget in O&M; contract. 10. Internal department coordination and follow up for O&M; spares/ chemicals to reach the material on time at site. 11. To get client clearance any major deviation from the contract. 12. Coordination with HR team for manpower arrangement for new O&M; contract.
