Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory planning. The candidate should have good negotiation skills and the ability to ensure timely purchasing of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices with vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and management teams.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages.




- Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance during procurement.

Required Skills

- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Vendor management and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement profile preferred.
