Key Responsibilities

- Server-Side Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of resilient, high-performance systems using Node.js.
- Microservices & Orchestration: Develop and maintain robust microservices using advanced inter-service communication and fault tolerance. Manage deployments using Docker (containerization) and Kubernetes (orchestration).
- Data Engineering: Manage complex database architectures using PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring efficient storage and performance optimization for large-scale applications.
- API Development: Design, secure, and manage the lifecycle of scalable RESTful APIs.
- Performance & Security: Continuously optimize application efficiency through caching and concurrency strategies while implementing robust data protection and authentication measures.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior backend developers, lead code reviews, and participate in Agile/Scrum processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements & Eligibility

- Experience: 5–7 years of overall qualified experience,



with 3–5 years specifically as a Full Stack/Backend Developer (experience leading a team is preferred).
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), TypeScript, and Microservice architecture.
- Frontend Skills: Working knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- DevOps & Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git version control, and third-party API integrations.
- Traits: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and time-management skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
