Key Responsibilities

- Design mechanical components, systems, and products based on project requirements
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations (stress, thermal, fluid analysis)
- Select appropriate materials based on strength, durability, and cost
- Develop prototypes and oversee testing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, electrical, quality)
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations
- Review and improve existing designs for performance and cost efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications
