Position: HR Recruiter

About the Role
IMTS Institute is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR (Recruiter) to join our HR team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening/interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or a relevant field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Good convincing and coordination skills.
