Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure high-quality data governance by implementing best practices for data management, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to data processing, storage, and retrieval.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or equivalent experience working with cloud-based technologies.
- Robust understanding of Python programming language and its applications in data engineering.
- Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub; knowledge of other cloud providers (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub/Terraform/SonarQube.
