About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design & Video Editing Manager to lead a creative team comprising Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists and Graphic Designers.

The ideal candidate should have solid team-management skills along with hands-on expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, e-commerce creatives and AI-based content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Artists and Graphic Designers.
- Schedule, allocate, track and update tasks based on business priorities and deadlines.
- Review creative output and ensure quality, brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Train and mentor team members on design and video-editing software, workflows and best practices.
- Create and supervise AI-generated brand films, videos and images, particularly for D2C and e-commerce brands.
- Develop and manage Amazon A+ Content, A+ Galleries, product listing creatives, and website/e-commerce graphics.
- Handle campaign design, template creation/fixing, typography, layouts and brand communication.
- Work closely with marketing,



e-commerce and other internal teams to translate campaign requirements into effective visual content.
- Stay updated with new creative technologies, AI tools and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics or creative production.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, branding, and campaign design.
- Hands-on experience creating content for D2C, e-commerce, Amazon and other online marketplaces/websites.
- Experience using AI tools for image generation, video creation, voiceovers and brand films.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must include a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, e-commerce and campaign work.
