- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Competence in analyzing user workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
