Required:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Email Security, Messaging Security, Azure Security Operations, or Cyber Security Engineering.
- Hands-on experience administering Proofpoint Email Protection or similar email security platforms.
- Robust understanding of email security threats including phishing, malware, business email compromise (BEC), spoofing, and spam attacks.
- Experience managing email security policies, filtering rules, quarantine processes, and threat detection controls.
- Knowledge of email authentication technologies including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience investigating and responding to email security incidents and phishing campaigns.
- Understanding of SMTP mail flow, email routing, messaging platforms, and email security architectures.
- Experience supporting incident management, service request management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze email threats, troubleshoot delivery issues, and recommend remediation actions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
