- Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes using Activiti workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure new changes are properly tested before deployment.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented processes.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM module.
- Experience with Activiti workflow management tool is required.
