Responsibilities

- Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept validations, and prototype testing to showcase Regami'sexpertise in device engineering, vision engineering, AI-driven solutions, and advanced digital and hardware innovations across diverse industries.
- Act as the technical backbone connecting customer requirements, business development, and product management, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
- Provide hands-on debugging and troubleshooting support, optimizing embedded hardware and software for efficiency and performance.
- Support customers throughout the product lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-deployment technical assistance.
- Responsible for new customer acquisition, new project acquisition, customer retention and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Design Engineering, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related field




- Strong hardware and software debugging skills, including basic knowledge of C programming.
- Passion for embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and real-world problem-solving.
- Ability to create high-quality technical documentation and support materials.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams .
- Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning .
