- Manage CSR projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to mobilize resources for project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure funding opportunities and promote mutual interests.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in area head/cluster manager roles or similar positions in NGOs or social services organizations.
- Robust understanding of community development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), skill development, livelihood programs, placement initiatives.
- Proven track record in program coordination, team management, mobilization efforts.
