We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java technologies, Spring Boot, API integrations, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and frontend developers to define API requirements and technical solutions.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.
- Ensure API security, authentication, authorization, and compliance standards are implemented.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
- Expertise in developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM concepts.




- Solid knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
- Knowledge of API Gateway, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API documentation standards.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Git and version control practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of design patterns and distributed systems.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, or Enterprise application development is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 to 12 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java backend/API development.
