Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend experience with Java and hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript, along with frontend expertise in React.js or Next.js.

The candidate should also have strong experience developing RESTful APIs and working with OpenShift (OCP), Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop backend services and business logic using Java.
- Work with Python or JavaScript for backend services, scripting, automation, or application development.
- Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js or Next.js.
- Design, develop, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs.
- Implement API authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and logging.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
- Develop reusable and maintainable UI components.
- Work with databases and optimize queries and application performance.
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP).
- Troubleshoot application, container, deployment, and production issues.
- Implement unit, integration, and API testing.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.




- Work with Git/GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java.
- Valuable experience with at least one of the following:
- Python
- JavaScript
- React.js
- Next.js

- Strong experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, API authentication, status codes, and API security.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift (OCP).
- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT authentication.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
