- Hiring for AR caller International voice process
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and RCM processes.
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
- Experience in AR caller Denial management / Durable Medical Equipment
- Experience - 1 Year to 5 Years in Hospital billing or physician billing / Durable Medical Equipment
- Qualification - Any Degree or Diploma
- Shift - night shift
- Week off - Fixed Sat & Sun Off
- Cab Facility -Only Drop cab - 23KM
- Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days
Skills Required -
- Hands on Experience in End to End RCM
- Strong on Denial Management
- Solid on DME Process.
