Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in medical billing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures for revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Analyze data to track trends, identify root causes of errors, and optimize RCM performance.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in US healthcare industry or related field.
- Solid understanding of RCM principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience conducting quality audits or similar activities in a hospital setting.
