We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer CMDB with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Implement and maintain CMDB and Discovery solutions.
- Configure and customize ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Workflows.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer solutions.
- Maintain CMDB health, governance and data quality.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API and IntegrationHub.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
