Job Title: Team Lead Installation

Job Summary:
Nibav Home Lifts is looking for an experienced Installation Team Lead to manage day-to-day elevator installation operations and lead a team of technicians. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, supervising installations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily elevator installation activities at assigned sites.
- Lead, guide, and support a team of installation technicians.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support for complex installation challenges and escalations.
- Ensure installation procedures are followed as per contractual and safety requirements.
- Maintain installation quality and minimize downtime through effective planning and execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job training for technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tools, spares,



and material availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation updates and concerns.
- Maintain accurate installation records, logs, and reports.
- Support the Manager in performance reviews, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of experience in elevator service and maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or supervisory role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in elevator systems
- Good leadership and communication skills
