- Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts, including reconciliations with subsidiary ledgers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation of accounting procedures, policies, and controls.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) operations or a related field.
- Robust understanding of general ledger management, journal entries, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools such as Excel or specialized reporting systems.
