About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented US Recruiters to support hiring needs for our Automotive Engineering clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to work in the US shift, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for automotive engineering and technical roles.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and ATS records.
Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements.




Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

For Freshers:
Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech, MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing concepts.
Interest in Talent Acquisition and US Staffing.
Willingness to work in the Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

For Experienced Recruiters:
1-3 Years of experience in US Recruitment/US Staffing.
Experience sourcing engineering or automotive professionals is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and Boolean Search.
Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Automotive Engineering concepts and technologies.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
