Responsibilities

- Provide personalized banking solutions and financial advice to high-net-worth clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their financial goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the banks products, services, and industry regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives




- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to the banks compliance and risk management policies

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
