- Conduct research and development activities for recent product launches, including formulation development, stability testing, and raw material selection.
- Troubleshoot issues related to pilot production runs and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems encountered during product testing and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for existing products or processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by conducting thorough risk assessments and maintaining accurate records.
Desired Candidate Profile(Only Female candidates)
- 3-5 years of experience in food processing industry with a focus on NPD (New Product Development).
- MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university in Food Technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of formulation development, stability testing, raw material selection, troubleshooting techniques, and piloting processes.
