- Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400 applications.
- Work on RPGILE, Free Format RPGLE, COBOL, and DB2 development.
- Design and integrate Web Services.
- Perform impact analysis, coding, testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Experience

- 4 to 9 years of hands-on AS400 development experience.
- Robust knowledge of RPGILE, Free Format RPGLE, COBOL, and DB2.
- Experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 platform.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
