We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep domain expertise in Oil & Gas Water Treatment Solutions (e.g., Produced Water Treatment, Desalination, Effluent Treatment Plants/ETP, Zero Liquid Discharge/ZLD, Injection Water Treatment). The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or turn-key water management projects, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and strict HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction teams to execute large-scale industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Function as the single point of contact for clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, and regulatory bodies. Manage contracts, change orders, and dispute resolution.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project P&L;, budget forecasting, cash flow optimization, and cost-control measures across all execution phases.
- Engineering & Technology Coordination: Oversee design review processes for advanced separation technologies (DAF, MBR, RO, MED/MVC, Oil-Water Separators,



Hydrocyclones).
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-spec industrial equipment, pumps, membranes, valves, and piping conforming to oil & gas standards (API, ASME, NACE).
- HSE & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce zero-harm Health, Safety, and Workplace policies in compliance with offshore/onshore international safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
- Experience: 1525 years of hands-on project management experience specifically within industrial water treatment in the Oil & Gas (Upstream/Downstream/Refinery) sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of produced water management, water flood injection, produced water de-oiling, and ZLD systems.
- Contractual Knowledge: Proficient with FIDIC and turnkey EPC contracts, risk management, and vendor negotiations.Role & responsibilities
