Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Onsite), Location: Financial District, Hyderabad

We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing technology startup working directly with the founding team, contributing to real business-growth initiatives, and gaining first-hand experience in how a technology company builds products, acquires customers, and scales.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, traffic, leads & engagement

• Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website & other channels

• Create content for our robotics, industrial automation, AI & Industry 4.0 products

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis & identify new customer segments

• Track traffic, leads, engagement & conversions; provide actionable insights to management

• Experiment with new marketing channels, AI tools, campaigns & growth strategies

• Manage SEO, social media, content, email marketing, lead generation & digital campaigns

• Use AI tools to research, create, edit & optimize content articles, posts, images, decks, video

• Work with technical & business teams to turn complex products into compelling content

• Present marketing performance, ideas & growth opportunities directly to the founders

Essential Skills

Hands-on experience needed in: SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, Google Analytics & Search Console, Google Ads/social advertising, email marketing, website/content management, LinkedIn marketing, marketing analytics & reporting, and market/competitor research.





AI & Content Creation Skills

Highly desirable: hands-on experience with AI tools for content writing & research, social media content creation, image generation/editing, video generation/editing, presentation & graphic design, SEO/content optimization, and marketing automation. Candidates should use AI tools creatively and responsibly to boost productivity not simply generate generic content.

1-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Experience in B2B marketing, robotics or technology companies will be an advantage.
