We are currently hiring Site Engineer for one of our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee construction site execution, ensure the availability of materials, tools, and labour, coordinate installation teams, monitor site progress, maintain safety standards, and ensure smooth coordination between site, office, factory, design, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Collect site documents, including architectural drawings, material specifications, and BOM.
- Collect and prepare factory installation kits, including wiring, panels, and other required materials.
- Prepare and organize tool kits according to project requirements.
- Ensure machinery, tools, and consumables are functional and available on-site.
- Coordinate labour teams for glass installation, tiling, painting, false ceiling, and LGSF works.
- Ensure labour teams are aligned with project timelines and requirements.
- Arrange Hydra for material loading and unloading when required.




- Capture and upload hourly site progress pictures to the internal WhatsApp group.
- Upload daily site progress pictures on the Power Play platform.
- Maintain accurate stock information and material transfer records on Power Play.
- Track daily tool kit usage and maintain records of tools and equipment.
- Ensure workers follow PPE and site safety requirements.
- Inform the office about site requirements such as food, accommodation, transport, scaffolding, and other resources..
- Coordinate with design, factory, and procurement teams for timely availability of materials, tools, and support.
