We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead when necessary.
- Familiarity with quality control measures and analytical techniques.
