Role Overview

We are looking for a Server Support Engineer L1 to provide first-level technical support to end

users and Higer level Engineers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating

system, File Server, and user-access issues while ensuring timely resolution and a positive user

experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support to employees through phone, email, chat, and in-person

support.

• Troubleshoot basic Windows Server, Linux Server, Monitoring, Patching related

troubleshooting, browsers, and common productivity applications.

• Follow SLA and escalation procedures and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when

required.

• Support user account, password,



and access-related issues in accordance with company

policies.

• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and basic

user/group management.

• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Manage Engine tools– OP Manager, Patch

Manager, AD Manager, AD Audit plus and User self-portal, Veeam backup & replication

backup tool.

• Maintain accurate records of Servers Inventory.

• Maintain SOPs, Access review.

• Daily Server health check and monitoring report to management.
