Job DescriptionWe are hiring a GM – Finance & Operations with strong experience in Beverage Warehouse, Depot & Distribution Operations, along with Finance & Accounts.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall Beverage Warehouse / Depot Operations.
- Handle inward, storage, inventory, stock reconciliation, loading, dispatch & delivery.
- Control damages, breakage, shortages, expiry and returns.
- Manage vehicle loading, route planning and distribution operations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Delivery Teams.
- Manage Finance & Accounts, P&L;, MIS,



Cash Flow & Working Capital.
- Monitor receivables, collections, expenses and profitability.
- Handle GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance.
- Ensure strong operational, inventory and financial controls.
- Required10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Beverage Warehouse / Depot & Distribution Operations.
- Good knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Beverage/FMCG distribution experience is highly preferred.
