- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Generate sales through walk-in customers, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.




- Keep the sales counter/store area organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive and confident personality.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, counter sales, showroom sales, or B2C sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and customer service may also apply.
