La Vinsiya Healthcare Private Limited is looking for an experienced Medical Representative (MR) to promote and grow our pharmaceutical products in the Nephrology and Gastroenterology segments.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medicines, strong communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?‍⚕️ Doctor & Healthcare Professional Engagement

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals as per the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.

• Present and promote company pharmaceutical products in an effective and ethical manner.

• Schedule and manage doctor appointments and regular visits.

? Product Promotion

• Develop a strong understanding of products related to Nephrology and Gastroenterology.

• Explain product features,



benefits, indications, and relevant information to healthcare professionals.

• Conduct product detailing and field sampling as required.

• Stay updated on product information and relevant market developments.

? Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

• Identify opportunities to increase product prescriptions and market presence.

• Conduct regular field visits to develop new business opportunities.

• Follow up with doctors and relevant customers to support business growth.

? Market & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, product discussions, and market activities.

• Submit regular field reports to the reporting manager.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product-related requirements and feedback.

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should be a confident, target-oriented, and professionally presentable Medical Representative with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Experience or exposure in Nephrology and/or Gastroenterology products will be highly preferred. The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field visits and building long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

? SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹70,000/month

As per skill and experience

? Incentive: ₹40,000+
