Job OverviewNamma Spirits Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the Company's day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

The individual will be responsible for keeping the Company's books of accounts up to date, tracking customer and distributor orders, monitoring payments and outstanding amounts, and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the Company's books of accounts on a regular basis.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain proper records of customer, distributor, and supplier transactions.
- Track all orders received, invoices raised, payments received, and outstanding balances.
- Follow up on pending and overdue payments and provide regular updates to management.
- Reconcile customer and distributor accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Verify invoices, bills, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that orders and collections are properly recorded.
- Maintain an updated order and payment tracker.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, collections, outstanding payments, expenses, and cash flow.
- Monitor daily cash and bank transactions and ensure proper accounting entries.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and other compliance-related accounting work, as applicable.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.
- Ensure that all accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained on a timely basis.
- Bring any discrepancies, unusual transactions, or payment issues to the attention of management.
- Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.
