- Install and configure broadband/Wi-Fi connections at customer locations.
- Perform cable laying, wiring, drilling and connector installation.
- Install routers, ONTs and other networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and wiring issues.
- Visit customer locations and complete installations within the given TAT.
- Maintain proper safety and quality standards.
- Provide basic guidance to customers on Wi-Fi usage.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and networking.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
