Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Home Loan Executive to generate home loan business, assist customers throughout the loan process, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for home loans through various channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs, credit teams, and other departments.
- Follow up on loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.




- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company and lending guidelines.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of home loans and financial products is preferred.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can also apply; experience in banking, finance, insurance, or sales is an advantage.
