Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and ensure smooth and timely dispatch of daily orders.

* Coordinate with warehouse, picking/packing teams and delivery staff for timely dispatch.

* Monitor labour attendance, availability and punctuality and ensure adequate manpower.

* Coordinate with transporters for timely availability of required vehicles.

* Plan and track today’s and next-day dispatches as per delivery schedules.

* Monitor pending/hold dispatches and identify the reason for delay or hold.

* Maintain daily dispatch status and provide regular reports to management.

* Ensure proper coordination between warehouse, transporters and delivery team to avoid dispatch delays.

Candidate Profile:

* 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse Operations, preferably in FMCG or HORECA.

* Positive coordination and communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

* Ability to handle multiple dispatches and work under time pressure.

* Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
