Operations executive- Last Mile Operations for Ship From Store

The Ops Executive – Last Mile Operations will be responsible for supervising day-to-day last-mile delivery operations across

our quick commerce stores in Bangalore. The role involves coordinating with 3PL courier partners, ensuring timely order

fulfillment, monitoring delivery performance, and resolving on-ground issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management

 Oversee end-to-end delivery operations for assigned stores or zones.

 Ensure all customer orders are dispatched and delivered within defined timelines (TAT).

 Monitor live orders, track rider availability, and resolve pickup/delivery exceptions quickly.

2. 3PL Coordination

 Communicate daily order forecasts, cancellations, and operational changes to courier teams.

3. Performance Monitoring

 Identify performance gaps and work with the courier partner or internal team to fix recurring issues.

 Escalate chronic delivery delays or partner performance concerns to the Manager.

4. Issue & Escalation Handling





 Handle customer escalations related to delivery delays or failed attempts in coordination with customer support.

 Ensure timely updates for delayed or undelivered orders.

 Coordinate between warehouse/store teams and courier partners to minimize bottlenecks.

5. Process Adherence & Improvement

 Ensure 3PLs follow all process and compliance standards.

 Identify on-ground challenges and suggest process improvements to the Manager.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Positive command over Excel / Google Sheets for daily tracking.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to multitask and stay calm under operational pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or any relevant field.

 Prior experience in hyperlocal / quick commerce setup preferred.
