- Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing systems.
- Carry out pipe fitting, cutting, threading, joining, and fabrication work.
- Install and repair valves, pumps, faucets, toilets, sinks, tanks, and other plumbing equipment.
- Identify and rectify water leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and pipeline faults.
- Read and understand basic plumbing drawings and layouts.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing and piping systems.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, dismantling, and assembly of mechanical components as required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe-cutting/threading machines, and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inspection of pipelines, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company maintenance standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major defects to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors, and other maintenance personnel when required.
