Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about Ayurvedic products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage clearly to customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for order processing and customer requirements.




- Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to work with sales targets and incentives.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Working Hours10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
