Role Description :

The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Associate will support daily clinical operations, including assisting with patient consultations, performing routine dental procedures under supervision as applicable, and ensuring accurate patient records and documentation. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, coordinating appointments, explaining procedures and post-treatment care, and maintaining strict infection control and hygiene standards.



The role also involves collaborating with the dental team on treatment planning, following clinic protocols, and contributing to a positive, respectful experience for every patient.

Qualifications:

Relevant dental qualification (e.g., BDS or equivalent) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration as required.

Foundational clinical skills in general dentistry, including patient examination, diagnosis support, and chairside assistance.

Solid patient-care orientation with clear, empathetic communication and the ability to explain procedures and treatment plans.

Attention to detail in record-keeping, adherence to infection control protocols, and compliance with clinical standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a busy clinical schedule.

Willingness to learn new techniques, attend trainings, and stay updated on best practices in dentistry and implant care.

Prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting is an advantage but motivated early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
