]Department: Engineering / Construction Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager Job Summary :The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities :Supervise and monitor site operations.
- Ensure project specifications and drawings are followed correctly.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain quality control procedures.
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
- Prepare site reports, logs, and other documentation.
- Assist in project planning and execution.
- Resolve unexpected technical difficulties.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Skills:Problem-solving ability.
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of environmental and sustainability practices.
