Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive who can manage FinLegalForte’s online presence, build brand awareness, create engaging content and generate quality leads through social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

- Manage FinLegalForte’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Publish regular posts, reels, stories, carousels and educational content.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms.

2. Content & Creative Marketing

- Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, videos, campaigns and promotional creatives.
- Create content around ROC Compliance, GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, CSR, Audit, Legal Services, Business Compliance and Financial Services.
- Convert complex professional topics into simple, engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Coordinate with designers/video editors or create basic creatives independently using tools such as Canva.

3. Brand Building

- Strengthen FinLegalForte’s brand image and digital presence.
- Develop campaigns for offers, festivals, important compliance deadlines and recent services.
- Maintain consistent brand colours, messaging, tone and visual identity.
- Identify trending topics and convert relevant trends into brand content.

4. Lead Generation & Marketing

- Plan social media campaigns focused on enquiries and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for social-media-generated leads.
- Track enquiries, conversions and campaign performance.




- Assist in running and optimizing Meta/Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
- Suggest new marketing strategies to increase enquiries and customer acquisition.

5. Performance & Analytics

- Track followers, reach, engagement, views, leads and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Identify high-performing content and improve future campaigns based on data.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video/reel editing.
- Understanding of Meta Ads will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand financial, legal and compliance-related topics and communicate them simply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or brand marketing.
- Experience with a CA/CS/CMA, legal, financial, taxation or professional services firm will be an added advantage.
