This position is exclusively for Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts at Cloudstore Retail Private Limited will oversee the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting , regulatory compliance, and effective financial control. The role requires a robust understanding of the company’s financial position, business performance, and key drivers, along with the ability to communicate the same clearly to management for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilies:

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
2. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
3. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
5. Lead and coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits,



ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial data, schedules, and audit requirements.
6. Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
7. Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights to management.
8. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s financial position, profitability, and cost structure.
9. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
10. Effectively communicate the company’s financial performance and position to management in a clear and actionable manner.
11. Support management in strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
12. Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
13. Manage and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
14. Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
